Office hours are: Tuesday through Friday 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 10:00 to 4:00 on Saturday. Closed Sunday and Monday.

PRICES FOR HALL RENTAL:

$225.00 per hour** Friday, Saturday, & Sunday hourly rentals plus a refundable damage deposit. (Minimum of 3 hours on hourly rentals)†

$175.00 per hour** Weekdays hourly rentals plus a refundable damage deposit.

**All events with alcohol being served are limited to a 4 hour event.  This is for you and your guests protection.

3 hour parties are given a free 1/2* hour before and after for setup/cleanup. 4 hours or more are given a free 1* hour before and after for setup/cleanup.

$1195.00 "Day Rental"  (Weekdays are $995.00)**   Plus a refundable damage deposit. † You may come in at 8:00 AM to decorate, come and go as needed and have a 4 hour event at some point during the day or evening. The latest any event may begin is 8:00 PM finishing up at midnight and out by 1:00 AM. Receptions run 4 hours. If your event includes a wedding at our hall you would have 5 hours.  

Weddings & Receptions are usually booked on a "Day" basis, if done on an hourly basis you must book enough time to decorate, have your party and take out your belongings and trash.   

No free "night before" decorating is available.
 

Photos & Videos are taken during the event and put on a CD for Renter at no charge. There is no charge for DJ & music, tables or chairs. We also have white tulle, mirrors, punch bowl, and other items for free use. 

Renter does the decorating abiding by our guidelines. Renter may bring in food or hire a caterer. Renter is responsible for the condition of area during rental time & date.  End of event clean-up consists of the Renter removing their trash and personal belongings. RRH Staff will then check for damage and complete the clean-up.

 † Damage deposit amounts are based on the number of people expected. The charge is $2.00 per person. (E.g. 100 people/ $200.00) The lowest amount charged is $200.00 regardless of the number of people at the event. Deposits are refunded within 10 days after an event less any damage.

* The free time given on hourly parties is NOT to begin a party early, it is NOT to continue a party! If you run over the free time you will be charged per hour plus 20% as stated in your contract! Guests may NOT continue to drink and party during free time, all alcohol must be removed from the premises. Guests must leave unless helping tear down.

** Parties with alcohol consumption are limited to 4 hours-no exceptions. No Kegs allowed! Once event is over you are expected to remove your belongings and trash within a reasonable amount of time. Guests must leave unless helping tear down. Guests may NOT continue to drink, talk, and party!  Alcohol must be removed from the premises.  No drinking in parking lot!


  All penciled in dates will be held a maximum of 30 days and will then be erased unless a $200.00 prepay is put down on the date.
